1. Services

Eshco Hair Studio provides hair and nail services at our studio located at Blk 408 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10, #01-769, Teck Ghee Square, Singapore 560408. All services are subject to availability and may vary in price depending on hair length, condition, and the specific requirements of each client. Prices listed on our website and in-studio are starting prices — final pricing is confirmed during your consultation before any service begins.

2. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made via WhatsApp, phone call, or our website booking form. We also accept walk-ins, subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to another client.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule depending on the remaining time available. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in a requirement to pre-pay for future bookings.

4. Payment

We accept cash, PayNow, and bank transfer. Payment is due at the time of service. We do not currently accept credit or debit cards.

5. Satisfaction & Complaints

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with any service, please let us know within 7 days of your visit. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include a complimentary re-service at our discretion. Refunds are not offered for completed services but will be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.

6. Chemical Services

For all colour, rebonding, perm, and keratin services, we conduct a strand test or patch test for first-time clients. This is for your safety and is non-negotiable. If our assessment indicates that a chemical service would cause excessive damage to your hair, we reserve the right to decline the service and recommend alternatives.

7. Nail Services

Gel nail services include application only. We offer free gel removal when you return for a new set. If a single nail lifts or chips within 7 days of application under normal wear, we will repair it at no charge.

8. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns before your service. We maintain high standards of hygiene and sterilise all tools between clients. All products used in our studio are sourced from reputable professional brands.

9. Personal Belongings

Eshco Hair Studio is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left at the studio. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

10. Website Content

The content on this website, including text, images, and design, is owned by Eshco Hair Studio and is protected by copyright. Photos of client work are shared with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written consent.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
